Precast Fencing.
Mono Block commenced operations as a precast fencing company in 1968 in the Ballito – Salt Rock areas. New and extensions of existing precast walling is undertaken by Mr. Keith Ashington who joined the company in 1973. The precast walling system has three different patterns available and can be constructed to a height of 3.0m. We used galvanized steel mesh which assists with strength and lifespan.
In 1993 Palisade walling was introduced into the area, primarily for government installations, blocks of flats and factories. The advantage of the concrete palisade walling is that it is bulky and solid, this in turn giving it a longer lifespan. The palisade walling system is bolted together, therefore giving the system substantial strength and robustness. The maximum height of the wall is a 2,4 metres, having 50mm gaps in between the pales, making it easy to see in and out of the property.
